The First Money App Built for Self-Employed & LGBTQ+-Owned Businesses

If you run a sole prop, an LLC, or a business with several owners, you already know the problem: your money and the business’s money keep getting tangled. Plenty of tools keep books. Ours also reads your paperwork, keeps each entity’s numbers honestly separate, and was built for LGBTQ+ owners from the first commit.

1

Invoicing & Real Books

Send invoices, get paid by card, and watch every transaction post to real double-entry books — with P&L, balance sheet, and trial balance — while auto-categorizing for Schedule C. A DBA rolls up into its parent entity automatically, so one EIN means one set of books.

2

Contractors & Compliance Built In

1099-NEC and W-9 collection for your contractors, with the $600 threshold tracked for you. Drop a business license, EIN letter or state registration in your shoebox and we read the registration number, jurisdiction and renewal date straight off it — then remind you before it lapses. Multi-owner businesses get role-based access, including access-only “bookkeeper” sharing that never touches an owner’s personal money.

3

National Marketplace Visibility

Your business appears in the QLife Money marketplace — a national directory of LGBTQ+-owned and allied businesses, viewed by members who want to spend their money intentionally. NGLCC affiliate and certification data included.

$45/month per business or $450/year — everything above included.

A separate subscription from personal Pro, and not part of the 3-months-free trial.

Not Open Yet — Here’s the Honest Version

We’d rather tell you plainly than take your money for something half-built.

Paused today

New QLife Money for Business subscriptions, business banking, and business online-banking connections are all closed while we scale up the compliance side. Business is a separate $45/month product — it is not included in the free trial, and we’re not pretending otherwise.

What you can do now

Join the waitlist — we invite in order. If you want to get a head start, start a free personal account and put your paperwork in the shoebox. Your statements, receipts and licences will already be read and filed when your business does open, so nothing is wasted.

QLife Money is not a bank and is not a money transmitter. When business banking opens, QLife Money will partner with Stripe Payments Company for money transmission services and account services with funds held at Fifth Third Bank, N.A., Member FDIC.

USD balances in financial accounts are eligible for FDIC pass-through deposit insurance if the accounts meet certain requirements. The accounts are eligible only to the extent pass-through insurance is permitted by the rules and regulations of the FDIC, and if the requirements for pass-through insurance are satisfied. The FDIC insurance applies up to 250,000 USD per depositor, per financial institution, for deposits held in the same ownership category.

Neither Stripe nor QLife Money is an FDIC-insured institution, and the FDIC’s deposit insurance coverage only protects against the failure of an FDIC-insured depository institution.
