Task
Reporting a problem or an idea
How to tell us something is wrong, confusing or missing, and what to include so we can fix it quickly.
How to
Report a bug
- Copy the page address from your browser's address bar. Every page has its own, so the link tells us exactly where you were.
- Write down what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. Blur amounts and account names first if you prefer.
- Never send full account numbers, whole statements, or your bank sign-in. The last four digits of an account are enough for us to find it.
- Email support@qlife.money with Beta in the subject line, or bring it to the next Zoom.
- We answer every report. If we cannot reproduce it, we may ask to watch it happen on your next call.
Suggest something
- Describe the moment you wanted it: what you were doing, and what you reached for that was not there.
- Say how you solve it today, even if the answer is a spreadsheet or "I don't".
- Email it to support@qlife.money or raise it on a call. Ideas go on a list we review with you.
Leave the beta
- Email support@qlife.money and say so. No reason is needed.
- Disconnect any linked accounts from the Accounts page if you prefer to do it yourself. On request we delete your account and everything in it.
Reference
- support@qlife.money
- The one address for bugs, ideas, questions and complaints during the beta. Put Beta in the subject line.
- Zoom check-in
- A 30-minute screen-shared call once or twice a month. Calls are recorded; the recording stays on our own computer and is never uploaded or shared.
