Reports

The Reports page displays a reverse-chronological list of nightly-generated daily financial summaries covering your personal finances and each of your businesses.

Each report covers a specific period and shows total income, total expenses, transaction count, and the top merchants and categories by spending for that period. Reports are produced automatically by a task that runs nightly at 02:00 UTC, so the page is read-only — there are no controls to create or delete reports manually.

How to

Review your recent financial reports

  1. Open the Reports page. The 30 most recent reports are loaded automatically.
  2. Each row shows the scope (Personal or a business name), the period it covers (start date → end date), total income in green, and total expenses in pink.
  3. Below the financial totals, each row lists the transaction count and the top three merchants and top three spending categories for the period.
  4. Review the merchants and categories to understand where money is flowing.
