Liabilities

The Liabilities page shows credit-card statement data sourced from Plaid's liabilities product: statement balance, next payment due date, minimum payment, purchase APR, and credit utilization for every linked credit card.

It is designed for people who want to track what they owe on credit cards, know when payments are due, and monitor how much of their credit limit is being used. Data is stored in QLife Money's database and refreshed automatically when you link or sync an account; you can also force a live pull at any time with the Refresh from bank button. The page follows the scope switcher: Personal shows personal cards, a business shows only that business's cards, and All shows everything. Cards that can't provide liability data show an informational note with a link to Accounts so you can re-link them through Plaid.

If no credit cards are linked, the page says 'No credit cards linked yet' and points you to Accounts.

How to

View credit-card statement balances and due dates

  1. Open the dashboard, choose More, then select Liabilities (or go to /dashboard/liabilities/).
  2. The header card shows how many credit cards are listed and a summary row: Statement balances (pink, the total across cards), Minimum due (yellow, the total), and Next due (the soonest due date across cards).
  3. Scroll down to see one card per credit account, each showing Statement balance, Minimum payment, and Payment due.
  4. A due date 7 or fewer days away shows in yellow with a countdown ('Due in 3 days' or 'Due today'). Overdue cards show in red with 'Overdue'. Further-out dates show 'In N days'.

Refresh liability data from the bank

  1. On the Liabilities page, click the ↻ Refresh from bank button in the top-right corner of the header card.
  2. The button changes to 'Refreshing…' and is disabled while the live pull runs.
  3. When the refresh completes the page re-renders with updated figures.
