Inbox

The Inbox page shows recent messages from a Gmail or iCloud account you have linked under My Account.

QLife Money scans linked inboxes in the background to detect receipts, bills, and invoices, which then appear on the Expenses page. This page is a plain mail viewer: it lets you browse the underlying messages and open one to read it. It does not show what was extracted from a message.

The page needs to know which inbox to open. If you reach it without choosing an account, you are sent to My Account instead.

How to

Browse a linked inbox

Open the Inbox page from the View Inbox link on a linked email account in My Account.
Scroll the list of recent messages (up to 30). Each shows the sender, date, subject, and a short preview. Unread messages are bold; read ones are dimmed.
Click a message to open it and read the sender, To and Cc lines, date, and body.
Click Back to Inbox to return to the list, or Back to My Account to leave the inbox.

Reference

Linked email account: A Gmail or iCloud inbox connected under My Account. Receipts, bills, and due dates found here flow into the Expenses page.
Message list: The 30 most recent inbox messages, each with sender, date, subject, and a snippet. Unread messages are shown in bold. If the inbox is empty it says 'No messages.'; if it can't be loaded it says 'Could not load messages.'
Message view: Shows the subject, sender name and address, To and Cc recipients when present, the date, and the message body (HTML or plain text).
