My cards

Cards a business has issued to you, under your sign-in email — whether or not you have access to that business's books.

Beta Not available during the beta. Cards need a QLife Money business bank account, which is not open yet.

You can see each card's number, check its recent purchases, freeze it if it's lost, and accept the card terms Stripe needs before a new card works. Turning a frozen card back on, limits and cancelling are handled by the business's owners and admins.

How to

See your card number

  1. Open My Cards from your profile menu and pick the card.
  2. Click 'Show card number'. The number, expiry and CVC appear in a secure Stripe frame; use the copy button at checkout. Click 'Hide' to put it away again.

Freeze a lost card

  1. Open the card and click 'Freeze card'. It declines new purchases immediately.
  2. Ask the business owner to turn it back on once it's found.

Accept the card terms

  1. If My Cards shows a yellow notice 'Accept the card terms for <business> to start using your card', click 'Accept card terms'.
  2. Read the Authorized User Terms, tick 'I've read and accept the Authorized User Terms', and click Accept. 'Not now' closes it without accepting.
